King of Kefir Organic Lemongrass & Ginger, 12 x 330ml cans
A refreshing organic ginger drink, with a delicate lemongrass flavour and a gentle fizz and less than 7 kcal per can. The turmeric adds some colour and a hint of an earthy warmth to the taste.
We ferment our drinks using traditional water kefir grains which contain gut friendly cultures. The cultures also create the bubbles in the drink over a 14 day period called bottle or can conditioning.
Ingredients: Triple filtered water, apple juice* (consumed by the kefir to create the fizz), ginger* (0.2%), lemon juice*, lemongrass* (0.3%), turmeric*, spices (cardamom*, fennel*, star anise*, cloves*), sea salt, stevia leaf infusion* (water, stevia leaf*), water kefir culture*.

Vegan friendly, dairy-free, non-alcoholic, gluten free, very low calorie, suitable for diabetics, no preservatives or stabilisers, unpasteurised, unfiltered, and contains live cultures.

neil heyes24 June 2023We love the water Kefir. Neither my wife nor myself like milk based Kefir, but this really is the King of Kefir’s. The Ginger and Chilli is like a mild ginger beer and the ginger and lemongrass is very refreshing. Definitely recommend, and great guys to deal with too as a bonus!

Lucy Seabrooke12 May 2023These drinks are delicious! The Ginger and Chilli and the Cucumber, Mint and Thyme are particular favourites in our house. A nutritious, healthy and non-alcoholic alternative drink with the added bonus of being a natural probiotic, so it's great for immunity, digestion, gut health and more, and of course, a happy gut is a happy brain! :-)) Hard to believe there's so much goodness in something that tastes this good. The new tins are very handy too, which makes carting a load of them home for a weekend treat that little bit easier.
Enagh Farrell24 April 2023My favourite drink, in the whole world, is the King of Kefir, Hopped Culture. It's such a lovely refreshing drink. It's a great alternative to non alcoholic beer and, in my opinion, much better than all non alcoholic beers. I bought 12 cans recently online. They were delivered very quickly.
Orla Hanratty14 July 2022Lovely refreshing natural kefir drinks. Easy to spot with the colourful informative labels. They even taste healthy! Lemongrass and ginger is the current favourite with Cucumber, Mint & Thyme a close second. Try them - bet you won't be disappointed :)
reddy evuri11 November 2021Just tried chilli , ginger and lemon grass ginger , i felt awesome . I can say the taste is perfect and I loved more lemon grass ginger where ginger feels equally with other items which is great. I am waiting for any benefits for my gut which takes time atleast some 12 hours 😂 may be. Will update this comment/review after cucumber mint thyme .

Áine Mullan26 March 2021I've been having a few stomach problems and this keffir is like liquid gold it brings me so much relief. 👏 The lemongrass and ginger is my favourite but the cucumber, mint & thyme is also quite soothing.
