King of Kefir Lemongrass & Ginger is a sugar-free, organic water kefir made with traditional water kefir cultures, real ginger and aromatic lemongrass.
Bright and citrusy from the lemongrass, with a gentle warming kick of ginger, it has a crisp, dry finish and a delicate natural sparkle.
Rather than adding carbonation, we allow the drink to naturally condition in the can for around 14 days. During this time, the fermentation creates its light, refreshing fizz naturally.
Made in Ireland with real ingredients and no artificial flavourings or preservatives, Lemongrass & Ginger is a refreshing alternative to conventional sugary soft drinks.

Ingredients: Triple filtered water, apple juice* (consumed by the kefir to create the fizz), ginger* (0.2%), lemon juice*, lemongrass* (0.3%), turmeric*, spices (cardamom*, fennel*, star anise*, cloves*), sea salt, stevia leaf infusion* (water, stevia leaf*), water kefir culture*.
