We ferment our drinks using traditional water kefir grains which contain gut friendly cultures. The cultures also create the bubbles in the drink, over a 14 day period called bottle or can conditioning.

Vegan friendly, dairy-free, non-alcoholic, gluten free, very low calorie, suitable for diabetics, no preservatives or stabilisers, unpasteurised, unfiltered, and contains live cultures.

  I am a repeat customer, I love that the kefir is not too sweet, is good for my gut and makes the daily fluid intake more interesting (I mainly use the Hybiscus- Rose version) 😸 They are now promising a citrus version for September, which is even better 😸
