King of Kefir Cucumber & Mint is a sugar-free, organic water kefir made with traditional water kefir cultures, real cucumber and aromatic mint.
Cool, crisp cucumber combines with the fresh, uplifting character of spearmint and peppermint to create an exceptionally refreshing drink. Light, dry and clean on the palate, it has a delicate natural sparkle and a fresh botanical finish.
Rather than adding carbonation, we allow the drink to naturally condition in the can for around 14 days. During this time, the fermentation creates its light fizz naturally.
Made in Ireland with real ingredients and properly fermented, with no artificial flavourings or preservatives, Cucumber & Mint is a refreshing alternative to conventional sugary soft drinks.

Ingredients: Triple filtered water, apple juice* (consumed by the kefir to create the fizz), lemon juice*, cucumber juice* (1%), mint infusion (0.1%) (water, spearmint*, peppermint*), lemongrass*, thyme* (0.01%), spices (fennel*, cloves*), sea salt, stevia leaf infusion (water stevia leaf)*, water kefir culture*.
