Our Cucumber & Mint Water Kefir is a clean, incredibly refreshing take on naturally fermented drinks.

Made with organic cucumber and fresh mint, it combines the cool, crisp character of cucumber with the bright, uplifting freshness of mint. Naturally sparkling through fermentation, it has a wonderfully light and refreshing finish that makes it an ideal alternative to conventional soft drinks.

Made in Ireland in small batches, it contains no added sugar, artificial flavours, preservatives or unnecessary additives. It is also gluten free and completely plant-based.

The idea was simple: create something exceptionally refreshing without relying on sugar or artificial ingredients. After plenty of experimentation, we’ve created a drink that is crisp, delicate and genuinely refreshing — with the natural complexity that comes from water kefir fermentation. At just 7 Kcal per can, it's a guilt-free indulgence that’s as light as it is revitalizing.

Ingredients: Triple filtered water, apple juice* (consumed by the kefir to create the fizz), lemon juice*, cucumber juice* (1%), mint infusion (0.1%) (water, spearmint*, peppermint*), lemongrass*, thyme* (0.01%), spices (fennel*, cloves*), sea salt, stevia leaf infusion (water stevia leaf)*, water kefir culture*.
