Our Hibiscus & Rose Water Kefir is a beautifully refreshing, naturally fermented drink with a delicate floral character and a vibrant natural colour.

Made with organic hibiscus and rose, it combines the bright, gently tart character of hibiscus with the soft, fragrant notes of rose. Naturally sparkling through fermentation, it has a clean, refreshing finish that makes it surprisingly moreish.

Made in Ireland in small batches, it contains no added sugar, artificial flavours, preservatives or unnecessary additives. It is also gluten free and completely plant-based.

We’ve kept the recipe deliberately simple: quality organic botanicals, real fermentation and time. The result is a sophisticated alternative to conventional soft drinks, with plenty of flavour but none of the unnecessary extras.

Our unique fermentation process utilises traditional water kefir grains, rich in gut-friendly cultures. Over a meticulous 14-day bottle conditioning period, these cultures not only enhance the flavour but also naturally carbonate the drink, resulting in a refreshing effervescence that’s as good for your gut.

Ingredients: Triple filtered water, *lemon juice, *apple syrup(consumed by the kefir to create the fizz), *hibiscus (0.2%), *stevia leaf infusion (water, *stevia leaf), * Rose petals (0.1%), *Lemon Verbena, sea salt *water kefir culture.
